Dietary information
Is Crescent Yum Cha halal?
Yes. Crescent operates a 100% dedicated halal kitchen. We use no pork or non-halal ingredients, and all our chicken, beef and lamb is 100% hand-slaughtered.
Are Crescent products nut free, dairy free and egg free?
Yes. The current Crescent range is nut free, dairy free and egg free. Always read the current pack before buying or cooking because it carries the product-specific ingredient and allergen information.
Which allergens are listed on Crescent packs?
All seven current products contain gluten, wheat, sesame, soy, fish and mollusc. Chicken and Prawn Dumplings also contain crustacean. Check the current pack every time, especially if you are managing an allergy or dietary requirement.

Do I cook Crescent dumplings from frozen?
Yes. Cook Crescent dumplings straight from frozen and follow the current instructions on the pack.

No. Soup dumplings are for steaming or pan-frying. The four regular dumplings can be pan-fried, steamed or boiled.
