Ingredients: 
Beef, Lamb. Flour (Wheat Flour), Water, Cabbage, Pickle, Ginger, Starch, Blended Vegetable Oil, Salt, Spices, Herbs, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Wheat Flour), Sauces (Fish, Sesame, Soy, Mollusc).

Storage
Keep Frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Heating Instructions
Cooking appliance temperature power May vary please observe and adjust temperature and heating time accordingly. Cook product from Frozen.

Boil (Quick & Easy): Bring a 3/4 full medium sized pot of water to boil. Once at full boil, place dumplings gently into pot for 5 minutes. Ensure no dumplings are sticking to bottom of pot by turning a spatula through the pot every minute or so, beginning at the initial submerging, and return lid. Cook until all dumplings have risen to the top of the water without descending and turn heat off. Drain and serve.

Pan Fry (Chef's Favourite): Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook dumplings for 1-2 minutes until the base turns golden brown. Add water until at least half the height of the dumpling is covered, then cover with a lid and cook on high for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the remaining water and then cook the side that is golden brown on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until the bottom is dry, golden brown and crispy again.

Steaming: Steam dumplings over rapidly boiling water for approximately 8-9 minutes or until heated through.
